Every end of lesson there should be an assessment either through oral recitation or paper and pen test to know how far they've reached their learning.

My strongest quality is that I know how to handle children's behavior since I had an experienced teaching Elementary students. I know the strategies and skills needed to get their attention.

I am currently studying in my Masters Degree in Language Teaching in English. I believed that learning is a continuous process and as I grow professionally I can offer my skills better.
