Refund Policy (返金ポリシー)

Unbooked or upcoming lessons not yet conducted in the subscription will be refunded as UNI credits to your account. Any scheduled lessons in this subscription will be automatically canceled and the credit will be refunded to your UNI account. Ensure you cancel only after completing your last booked lesson to avoid unexpected cancellations.
