I make lessons learner-centered by essentially putting the student at the center of the learning process by actively focusing on engaging students by providing choices, incorporating their interests, encouraging collaboration, promoting self-reflection, and tailoring instruction to individual needs. 

As an English tutor, I have an excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and a passion for teaching. I create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and sharing their ideas. 

I continuously seek out new challenges and learning opportunities within my role, stay updated on industry trends through continuous learning, expand my professional network, actively seek mentorship, and regularly assess my skills to identify areas for improvement, ultimately aiming to take on greater responsibilities and contribute more strategically to the team. I enroll in relevant courses to keep improving my knowledge.
