My lessons are fun, engaging and positive. I structure my approach on the PPP method which is presentation, practice, production and incorporate authentic materials for adults eg  YouTube and podcasts as these platforms provide authentic listening practice through various topics and accents. When it comes to young learners, I use TPR. Total Physical Response as well as flash cards and realia.

I am free with praise and give constructive feedback consistently, acknowledging achievements, no matter how small to boost their confidence and encourage further effort. I also make learning relatable.
