Assessing student learning and growth varies for each student, especially in today's generation. It is essential to utilize a range of assessment tools, observation of student performance, evaluate their responses to higher-order thinking questions, and track their progress in completing tasks independently. 

I recognize and celebrate my students' strengths not only in academics but also in their personal and social skills. My goal is to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable, valued, and confident, knowing that I genuinely believe in their potential. 

I began my teaching journey at the age of 19, right after graduating from university. Since then, I have worked as a classroom teacher, teaching various subjects to lower elementary students. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I quickly adapted to online teaching, which opened the door for me to begin my international career as an online English teacher. During this time, I received multiple offers from schools in China and Japan to work as a language teacher. But due to pandemic restrictions, it's hard for me to travel that time. 

In 2022, I made a significant jump in my career by accepting a teaching position in the United States as a Special Education teacher. I am now in my third-year of teaching in the U.S., and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience so far.
