I use the PPP method—Presentation, Practice, and Production—to create structured and effective lessons. First, I introduce new language concepts clearly, using real-life examples. Then, students engage in guided practice to build accuracy and confidence. Finally, they apply what they’ve learned through interactive, communicative tasks. This approach ensures a smooth learning flow and helps students actively use English in real situations. It’s student-centered, supportive, and ideal for building both fluency and confidence in language learning.

 I motivate my students by creating a supportive, engaging, and personalized learning environment. I celebrate their progress—big or small—and use real-life topics, games, and creativity to keep lessons fun and relevant. I adapt to each student’s learning style and goals, making them feel seen and encouraged. I also share positive feedback regularly, which boosts their confidence. Most importantly, I remind them that mistakes are part of learning, and every step forward is a success. 

 One of my key professional goals is to earn the CELTA certification to deepen my teaching expertise and broaden my global teaching opportunities. CELTA’s focus on practical methodology, classroom management, and learner-centered instruction aligns perfectly with my passion for high-quality ESL education. I believe it will enhance my ability to support diverse learners more effectively and strengthen my foundation as a dedicated, internationally qualified English teacher.
