My teaching style is student oriented, i put the student's need beforehand as I know that every learner has a different way in processing information. I focus on flexibility and personalization to ensure that each lesson is effective and engaging. 
 I incorporate various digital tools into my lessons, such as online grammar exercises, writing platforms, or vocabulary apps. These tools allow for immediate feedback and can make learning feel more dynamic and interactive. I also use video content (like TED Talks or educational YouTube videos) to expose students to different language uses and to encourage discussions. 

I always try to incorporate what we are learning to  real world situations. For example, if we are practicing conversational English I choose a topic that relate more to what interests my learner and what she or he practices on a daily basis.  When students see how English skills apply to their daily lives, they feel more motivated to engage with the lesson. 

I am committed to continuously improving my knowledge of both English Language teaching tutoring strategies. I am currently attending webinars with expects in English Language and tutoring so that i can also grow and learn more about the course.

 I view feedback as one of the most valuable tools for growth. After every lesson, I encourage my students to share their thoughts on what worked well for them and where they feel they need more support. This helps me refine my teaching methods and adjust my approach to better suit their needs.
