My teaching method is student- oriented; I put you and your needs first. I believe in creating a learning environment where students fell supported and valued. By focusing on your interests and strengths, I tailor lessons to keep you engaged and motivated. I encourage active participation, making sure you have a voice in your learning process. My goal is to help you grow, no just academically, but as a confident, independent learner.

When a student is struggling, I first take the time to understand their specific challenges by having open, supportive conversations. I adjust my teaching methods to meet their needs, whether that's breaking things down into small steps or using different resources. I offer plenty of encouragement and celebrate small successes to build their confidence. I also create a safe space for them to ask questions without fear of judgment. Most importantly, I'm patient ans committed to helping them grow at their own pace.

I will continue to grow professionally by staying open to new teaching strategies and learning from both my students and colleagues. I plan to attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest educational tools and methods. Reflecting on my own teaching practice helps me identify areas for improvement. I'll also seek feedback from students to ensure i am meeting their needs. Above all, i will keep fostering a love for learning, both in myself and my students.
