I assess my students' learning and growth through a mix of formative assessments and summative assessments. I also use performance-based assessments like role-plays and real-life conversations, along with self-assessment and peer feedback to encourage reflection. Tracking progress over time through student portfolios and comparative tests helps measure improvement effectively. 

 I motivate my students by making lessons engaging and relevant, using interactive activities, positive reinforcement and real-life applications. I encourage goal setting, create a supportive environment, and personalize learning to keep them interested and confident 

 My professional goals include enhancing my teaching skills, earning advanced ESL certifications, and exploring new teaching methods and technology to improve student learning. I also aim to expand my experience with different learner levels and possibly take on leadership or curriculum development roles in the future
