With my experience as an educator I've garnered enough knowledge to source and select materials that are age-appropriate to my learners. I am constantly upgrading my skills by attending professional workshops and taking on up skill courses.
I select age-appropriate teaching and learning methods and materials based on the knowledge I've aquired and the abilities of my students.

I major in the British Counsel standards of assessment. I source materials for my learners on the available platforms to meet the appropriate standards of language acquisition.

As expected of my students I also aim to reaching my greatest potential as an educator. My goal is to be a facilitator and not a custodian of knowledge. I commit myself to a lifetime of learning as I believe there's no climax to education.
As a continuous process I'll continue to avail myself to training workshops and courses that are available to me. Every session with my students is also a learning point for myself as I also look forward to learning from them.
